My chair has arrived and it is beyond my expectations, it is stunningly beautiful and fits me perfectly, the Maclean coat of arms in the drawer is perfect. Your delivery man was very kind and kept me fully informed and arrived when he said he would. The packaging was 'exceptional' (is there any brown packaging tape left in the north of Scotland?). Thank you does not really seem adequate. I hope to be able to visit and thank you in person one day.

It is high time that we sent you a proper thank you for the beautiful Orkney Chair and Creepie that were safely delivered to us on Tuesday morning. The chair is really comfortable and the white oak goes perfectly with the colours of the straw and sea grass. Jean's creepie is also a great success - the driftwood Elm really gives it a one-off feel and lots of character. It was certainly well worth the wait to get what was just right for us personally and for our home. Your craftsmanship is superb - we wish you all the success you deserve!
