Made To Measure Orkney Chair
Everyone wants to be comfy, and just because Orkney Chairs are built in a traditional style, that doesn’t mean they should be any different.
We’ve come up with an innovative way of creating our chairs so that they can be custom-fitted to the customer, in a similar way to having a suit sized or a dress tailor-made.
We can welcome you into our workshop and measure you for four different fittings:
Height of arms
Height of kink support
Height of leg
Posture of back
This means we can create your chair to fit you perfectly, meaning you can have your own piece of furniture designed to match your unique size, build and posture.
This option costs £50 extra on the cost of a standard chair and involves the measurements above. We can also include a wider frame to match shoulder size, which costs from £150 extra.
Both options are available in a range of timbers and finishes, including driftwood. Prices may vary for adjustments to any of the other styles of Orkney chairs.
